We do not sell, rent, or share newsletter subscriber lists with third parties.

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maryland, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on the Site. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
